Ted's Big Perimeter Ride - Day 22




The morning was very nice as I awoke. Broke camp and headed out West. I got some breakfast after about an hour of riding, and then just mostly rode. North Dakota has lots of crops, but they go on for mile after mile. Pretty boring. I changed course and headed for a faster route west. All in all, I covered a reasonable distance with the goal of getting into Montana High Country as soon as possible.

Some highlights that caught my eye are presented below.

Granville, ND was kind enough to have a camping sign out on the highway. It was about time, so I took a look. Here was a picnic pavilion which was unused. WOW, shelter too!
