Ted's Big Perimeter Ride - Day 65

Spent the morning waiting for a status on the bike repair. Got a call from Ethan at about 10:30 informing me that the rotor and stator of the alternator were trashed. They had both pieces in stock and it did not seem that any other issues would prevent me from continuing. They sent someone over from me at 11:30 and I just had to wait a while, while the bike was put back together and then cleaned. It is always nice to ride away with a clean machine.

Dameon, the Master Technician who did the repair explained all of what he found and showed me the trashed pieces. Thanks Dameon for the advice and for doing an excellent job, quickly, to get me back on the road. Hats off to Mobile Bay Harley-Davidson for great service.
